Obituary of Ivor Glynn Richardson

"After a quick but grueling 3 week battle against an unknown medical issue, Ivor Glynn Richardson passed suddenly Friday March 29, 2024.

 

He is survived by his loving wife of over 50 years, Wendy, his two daughters Shannon and Samantha, and his grandson Kyrian.

 

Ivor came to Canada in 1973 from Huddersfield England, chasing the love of his life, Wendy, across the pond to marry her and start a family. He spent many years traveling for work, doing a job he enjoyed, to give his family a good life at home. Even in his retirement years he rarely sat still. Getting 15k to 20k steps a day was normal thing for him. He strived to be active as much as he could and do as much as he could for his family and others. 

 

He was a good father, a good husband and a great man. His sudden and tragic loss has shaken all of his family."
