Obituary of Robert James McGarr

Robert James McGarr 1952-2021     

It is with deep sadness we announce that on Wednesday May 26, 2021 Robert James McGarr passed away at the age of 68. Beloved Father of Robby (Becky), Ian and Lee-Ann. A Grandpa to 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Predeceased by both his parents Beatrice McGarr (nee Waterhouse) and Art McGarr, survived by his 4 brothers and 2 sisters and many nieces and nephews. Rob enjoyed his dogs, had a love for fishing and beer! Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, Located in George Darte Funeral Home at 585 CarltonStreet in St. Catharines. Cremation has taken place. Due to Covid, at a later date a private family send off will be held.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society in St Catharnies
